About the Founder

Karie Bailey is a cancer survivor who developed Ufndr to help her 3 teenage daughters and their friends find the perfect job. Ufndr came about after lots of frustrations with writing resumes and filling out outdated employment applications, only to get no response. They have been instrumental every step of the way in this whole process and couldn’t be more excited of its success.
